In-Person Attendance
Your in-person registration includes full access to all conference programming, including general sessions and concurrent breakout sessions, and offers a rich, community-centered experience. In-person attendees will enjoy meaningful opportunities for face-to-face engagement with speakers, sponsors, and poster presenters, intentional time for networking with peers, and lunch on both days. Your in-person registration also includes full access to the Whova event platform, supporting ongoing networking, personalized schedules, session details, and real-time conference updates.
Please note: In-person attendance is limited to 250 participants and is expected to sell out. We encourage early registration, as in-person attendance will be impossible once capacity is reached. Virtual registration will open in June.
