In-Person Registration

Your in-person registration includes full access to all conference programming, including plenary sessions and concurrent breakout sessions, and offers a rich, community-centered experience. In-person attendees will enjoy meaningful opportunities to engage with speakers, sponsors, poster presenters, and fellow participants, along with dedicated networking time and lunch on both conference days. Registration also includes full access to the Whova event platform, providing personalized schedules, session details, attendee networking, and real-time conference updates.

Attendees who participate in live conference sessions may be eligible to claim continuing education credits through Rush University Medical Center, including CME, nursing contact hours, and CPEUs for dietitians, based on the extent of their participation. Please visit the Continuing Education page for full accreditation and credit details.

Please note: In-person attendance is limited to 250 participants and is expected to sell out. We encourage early registration, as in-person registration will close once capacity is reached. Virtual registration remains available throughout the registration period.

Virtual Registration

While the TKRC is designed as an in-person experience, virtual registration offers a flexible way to participate from anywhere. Virtual attendees receive live-stream access to plenary sessions and breakout sessions held in the main ballroom through the Whova event platform. Participants can engage through live chat and Q&A, connect with fellow attendees, sponsors, and poster presenters, and access conference schedules, session information, and real-time updates within the app. Virtual registration is intended for individual use only and may not be shared or transferred.
