Q. The conference is over, can I still register to view the material?
A. No. Access to conference materials is only available to those who signed up by October 18, 2022.

Q. I will be traveling from far away, is there a discounted room block at a local hotel I can stay overnight?
A. Yes! The Luskin Conference Center has rooms on site for a discounted $229/night. Visit the accommodations page to read more.

Q. I will be driving to the conference center, is there parking available?
A. Yes, the conference center has limited on-site parking for a fee. There are also multiple offsite parking options nearby.

Q. I am only able to attend one of the days of the conference, can I purchase a ticket for only day 1 or day 2?
A. Unfortunately, tickets are sold only as complete access to both days of the conference.

Q. I am not sure if I can attend in-person, can I change my ticket from virtual to in-person later?
A. Maybe, in-person tickets have a limited capacity. If there are still in-person tickets available our conference team will be happy to modify your ticket.

Q. If I am attending in-person, do I need to stay at the conference center hotel?
A. No, there are many lovely places around the UCLA area guests can choose from. However, this is the only hotel with a discounted room block for those attending the conference.

Q. If I am planning to attend remotely, if I miss a session, will I be able to watch it later on?
A. Yes! All live-streaming sessions will be recorded and posted on the conference platform for registrants to view on-demand.
